Position: Graduate Marketing Executive
Location: London, United Kingdom

Job Summary:
As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting our marketing efforts and assisting with the implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions for our clients. You will be exposed to the latest cutting-edge technology from Salesforce and will receive full training and world-wide recognised industry certifications and qualifications to support your career. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate who is passionate about marketing
and eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in the development and execution of marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
2. Supporting the implementation and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools, including email marketing, website personalisation, CDP/customer segmentation and customer journey automation.
3. Collaborating with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, such as email newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates.
4. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and insights.
5. Assisting in the management of customer data, segmentation, and personalisation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
6. Monitoring campaign performance, analysing metrics, and preparing reports to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
7. Assisting with the coordination and execution of events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
8. Staying up-to-date with the latest Salesforce Marketing Cloud features, best practices, and industry developments.

Qualifications:

1. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
2. Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow within the field.
3. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar marketing automation platforms is not essential but would be advantageous.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Knowledge of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, web personalisation and content marketing.
9. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
10. A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
